Hi, I’m Miroslav — a backend-oriented developer with a strong foundation in Java and Spring Boot. My journey into software development began as a personal mission to change careers and find meaningful, creative work. After years in an unrelated job, I invested time, energy, and savings into a formal retraining program at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, where I earned my Java Programming Certificate.

Since then, I’ve worked on several backend-oriented projects and continued to grow through consistent self-study and online courses. With each new challenge, I’ve been refining my understanding of software design, problem-solving, and writing maintainable, well-structured code. I'm driven by curiosity and a desire to build systems that are both functional and thoughtful, always aiming to bridge the gap between code and real-world needs.

Although I don’t have commercial experience yet, I treat my personal projects with the mindset of a professional—writing tests, using CI/CD, documenting clearly, and always striving to improve. I'm currently looking for an opportunity to join a collaborative team where I can continue growing and contributing as a backend engineer.
